Sharing Dtube and Steemit
I've been trying to share DTUBE & STEEMIT with friends and family and it hasn't been going that well. Actually it hasn't been bad just not well and it's because of me. I'm struggling trying to explain cryptocurrency, blockchain, IPFS, Steem Power, Steem Dollars, etc, and this is after watching videos and reading blogs on the Steemit feed.

Well said. I can tell you will do well here, you have the curious mentality, which is important. My advice, don't bother talking with friends and family yet. Wait for people to ask you, "whats new with you?" Then hand them a business card you made with your steemit url. This works well for me, haha. Brought a few people on so far and many interested. Just exposing people to the platform itself is enough. Welcome to steemit (I know this is a bit late)! Subscribed.
