Hi,
complaining is not always bad and not always negative.
If SteemitInc. would have listened one year ago to some people complaining about Steem, we would have a better situation now.
Substantial criticism is a must in every community.
But I think the new leaders of Steemit have learned from the mistakes of the past and I think we are on a very good way now.

The latest communication from Steemit is really better than before. I believe we are getting in the right direction.
I agree with you, complaining cannot change anything. i hope you dont take in account any negative remarks, some people are just negative by nature. Always avoid them and ignore them.
You right on that one that some folks love to complains by their nature but I tend not to hang on with those kinds of people. ;)
Well said, and regarding “constructive criticism” it needs to be done in a way that is not negative, it has to be coming from a place of empathy not Judgment. I’d like too the people complaining about steemit inc try to run it. Man , I’m grateful we have steem.

@chesatochi, Definitely every aspect hold ups and downs, if we have any solution then we should come forward with it, otherwise in my opinion it's our choice to join any platform, so we have to face both and ups and downs of it.

Criticism is good when you bring something tangible on the table. Complain without any actions of justification is not the way to go from my point of view.
No organization survives without constructive CRITICISM. How are we supposed to know our flaws and shortcomings if we aren't criticized?
The point I want to emphasize is many people complain without doing any action to improve the situation.

Constructive criticisms if is done properly can improve the perception and improve communication. :)
some negative people harming steem... it is very bad..
In the crypto space, many people love to criticize and are impatient.
