What I Eat in a Day... a Lower Calorie Day! (VEGAN)

Hey everyone, it's been a couple days since I've posted last! I've been at an expo called the LA Fit Expo meeting other content creators and people who watch my content, it was a freakin blast!

Anyways, alot of people were asking me what I eat in a day to hit my macros as a vegan and so I thought it would be good to post this video on D.tube today to walk you through my macro targets and what I eat as well!

I adjust my macros slightly on inactive days, so you'll see the difference in numbers in the video as well. Thanks for the upvotes and the comments, you guys really are awesome!
