Raise Your Standards

The most important thing you can do in your life to make changes for the better is to raise your standards! Make a list of current habits that you have today, that if you could snap your fingers and change, you would do it without hesitation. Then decide that you will no longer tolerate these things in your life. The key to achieving the life you want starts with raising your standards.

I do want to be clear and say that I don't mean raise your standards on other people and not change yourself. If you want to lose weight, don't go around telling people who are overweight that they need to to better. If anything you have to develop even more compassion for people who share in your same issues. Create a higher standard for yourself! This isn't a finger pointing game, it's a self realization game that starts with your own situation.
