It seems the CIA leaks some of the horrible things they do on purpose. They demonstrate their evil and how little to no punishment they receive. Same goes for Gitmo. Such a horror, yet it still continues. Everyone knows they ONLY harm "bad" people. The problem is, who do they consider bad? Is speaking up against injustice a threat to national security? You dont get to decide, THEY do.
