By local vendors, I mean OTC market like localbitcoin or remitano. I do prefer to buy with my own creditcard, as I do not want to use fiat to buy crypto. Thanks, I will check out Wirex.

You can also use your Credit Card to buy when you link your CC to your Wirex account. It's pretty straightforward. Now you can even make SEPA transfers to European bank accounts if you need to cash out.
