Scruffy Dog aka Mr Scruff

Scruffy was abused and abandoned as a young dog. He was found in the woods alone and starved west of Duluth, MN. When he was taken in he did not trust any humans or other animals and was rejected by the big dogs of the family who tried to help him. He was just plain scared and VICIOUS, He ended up at Sammy's Place. His vets admitted they thought they would never see him again after his first visit. With some patience and painful bites, a little love, and a lot of trust, you would never know he had such a hard start to life. A number of years has passed, and he is still around.
