The 4k almost fried my laptop haha, I'm going to downgrade to 2.7k in the meantime.
I'm pretty sure it's premiere pro's fault though cause my laptop is pretty powerful..
Yeah the 2.7k actually works out better in terms of stability etc. I just like the ability to crop in more.

If the 4k kills your laptop just do what I used to do before, use proxy files to edit

Proxy files are real magic!
Have you tried davinci resolve, I'm thinking about trying it out..
I like it for colour grading, but as an editor it’s a little confusing. I’m going hard at AE at the min, learning AE, Mocha & element 3D
