Totally agreee
100%
You do make valid points and arguments, I guess it could be possible to me a Libertarian Democrat.
what does the "democrat" stand for, if i may ask?
I agree.
Thank you!
The left is infiltrating the LP and the authoritarian right is infiltrating anarcho capitalism. Why cant these people just f off .
because these people are all working for the same people, who are pushing their end game plan as we speak. That's why it won't stop, it's gonna accelerate. Hope you have food and water, this is the takeover of the USA in progress.
Totally agree, and taxation most definitely is theft
Thank you!
They eat your lunch.
Rent is simply another means of passing money from savers to borrowers. Even in a free market, it is unlikely that everyone would have the means to purchase a home or start a homestead. Rent is a means of giving access to shelter when liquidity is unavailable. It is also good because it doesn't require you to go in debt to buy a home and allows you to actually save.
I'll tell you what's theft! Property taxes are theft. Building permits and the forced payment of fees to bureaucrats is theft. Zoning laws imposed on your property is an infringement of property rights and theft when they interrupt a business such as a lemonade stand, etc.
I think my very first post is related to this subject:

Love your work Adam.
Yes they are! Thank you for your support!
You're right.
As long as we are taxed, we are subjects, not citizens.
This kind of embrace of the socialist party, whetever they cover themselves with, it'll never work.
perhaps rent is not theft but it is certainly dead money, i encourage people to buy property if they can
If you do buy try to buy without debt. Look for areas with low taxes. Make sure the property doesn't have easments or regulations that don't allow offgriding. Most property in the USA is regulated to the point that it seems that you rent from the local government. Rent is a better deal many times. If you rent, you don't have to deal with the upkeep and maintenance and you are not tied down. If you get a business or job opportunity you can pick up and go. If I was single I would live in a van, work hard save capital and start a business in Latin America. It is still my goal but a bit more complicated with a family.
Agreed. your videos are worth watching ^^
