Let me tell you that my mother runs a business that we have been running for six years in the form of a small general store. In our area and when we started, the investment was very small, but as the marketing grew, we started expanding it further.

1st Section: Are you planning any expansion of your business?

Why not every businessman wants to expand his business, so we are also trying to expand our business. Six years ago, when we started our small business, we started with 60,000 PKR (250 USDT, 1500 STEEM approximately ) At that time, we only kept a few essential items that were needed in our area.

But with time, our business started to grow and we felt that we should expand our items in our store. Because the most valuable thing for any businessman is to ensure his customer services. So as our customers kept giving us their suggestions and they also told us that it was difficult for them to move from one store to the next, we tried to scale our business with time.

So, our business is on the path of development. But as this is the age of technology, we want to convert our business into digitalization so that our business can grow more. So for this we have planned strategies.

So that we can reach all over the Areas and we plan to expand our presence not only in our area but also in the neighboring areas, so we have also planned to have two to three such salesmen, who will go to these areas daily to sell our products and thus we will expand our business.


2nd Section: If you are trying to expand your business, what are your strategies?

Of course, it is a dream of every businessman to expand his business further because it is endless. Yes, definitely we also want to expand our business and for that we have prepared some strategies.

The first strategy is to meet the demands of our customers, we have noted down the items they wanted to add from time to time, and we have created a Feed back and Improvement Booklet. The market has also been researched so that we can reach those things and we will be able to fulfill all the needs of our customers by making those things (items) a part of our market.

In this way we can expand our business and will expand more. As I have already shared a strategy above, we want to give our business a digitalization look in this technology era so that we can launch our online store in the coming times. So that whatever our products, whatever the items are, they can reach our customers with ease and speed.

The most important thing is to increase the investment as we started with a very small amount, but slowly our sales increased, so we also increased the investment in our business, but now it is necessary. That the more we invest and the bigger investors deal with us, we can take our business further.

There are many products that are not yet available in our store. So we want to hold meetings with the representatives of different companies and thus we buy the contract in products monthly and give a new look to our business and thus our business will definitely expand and this is a great strategy.

And with all these strategies, we have developed a structure for ourselves after mutual consultation with many expert businessmen. Inshallah I am sure it is going to beneficial for our business a lot.


3rd Section: Are you paying attention to your customer service or planning to provide better service?

First, let me tell you that business is a cyclical process from customer to products and vice versa( from products to customer). Yes, I would like to say here that yes, of course, we are giving our customer service and special attention and inshallah we will go with more planning so that our customers are satisfied with us and always connected with us.

We are following a strategy to further improve customer service and we are trying to make this strategy more planned and perfect so that our customer service is definitely satisfied with us in every situation. So the most important thing that is necessary for a business is the training of the staff.

We have to think about it a lot. The more conscious and soft-spoken your staff is, the more satisfied people will be with them. So whenever we do recruitment of staff, we have a special process for that. They fill out a form and give it to us and we only hire matric pass employees.

So that they can listen and understand the customers and then respond to them effectively. So I believe that if your staff is excellent, then your customer service will always be excellent and your customers will always be satisfied when dealing with you in the future.

Some of our friends are business experts, so we don't need experts at this time. We take a lot from their experience and they also guide us very well and that is the reason why our business is growing. In the future, if we need it, we will contact the customer support experts and adopt their strategy wholeheartedly.


4th Section: Do you and your crew understand how to work with customers?

It must be recognized by everyone that for a successful business it is very important to establish a strong and friendly relationship with the customers. If we continue to fulfill their needs immediately, they will stay connected with us and thus our influence in the market will increase a lot.

Yes, so we are best in providing our customer services on how we deal with our customers and how we present ourselves to them. And that's why we make sure our staff are selected after a lot of checking, so that we hire people who know the etiquette of conversation well and know how to communicate with respect and love.

Be respectful to the next person and give them your best services. Of course, every businessman wants his customer support to be efficient and always strives to make it the best it can be. Good customer support has some rules. I'm not agreed with this statement that a good customer support job is simply to talk to your customers in a nice manner and solve their problems in a timely manner. This is not the case at all.

Rather, we have to make our customers stay connected with us in the future. For this, we have to assess the needs of our customers. Now there are many people in our neighborhood who would have had a hard time when some of their needs were not available to us and they are in a big market for it.

So we understood the needs of our customers over time and provided them with all those things in our Store. We always give free space to our customers to share their feedback with us and we take their feedback seriously. Another important thing is that if you lose the trust of your customers once, then they will never come to you.

So, you don't just have to give comfort with words, but you have to convey things to them. This is why we take our customers' feedback seriously and strive to provide them with the best products in the future.

Our customer service will always be excellent if the staff have good conversational manners. Because there is a give and take policy, if you give respect, then you will get respect in return, so we have to assure our customers that we are treating them with respect. So in this way, any business can be run efficiently. Alhamdulillah, we are running an excellent and growing business.
