Hello everyone and welcome to my participation in the SEC: S20/W5 in this dynamic I would indeed be sharing my thoughts on the special topic in context. I hope you enjoy my article.


SECTION 1: Are you innovative? Innovative entrepreneur regularly add new products according to the needs of their customers and find new markets

Innovation is indeed a principle which must be upheld in every business to grow the business in one way or the other. The business must have creative ideas which would suit the demands of the customers providing greater benefits and irresistible offers for these clients to turn to returning customers

Moreso, my POS business has been upgraded to an extent there is always network issues and in most cases all the time. This spurred me to go and install WiFi router in my space with enough subscription. Since I did that it was indeed a thing of the past. That was the first innovative idea that kick started the brand. I picked up two new POS machines later to diversify my craft to suit the demands of my clients, these are upgraded innovative ideas I embarked upon.

Furthermore, I ventured into printing beautiful business cards for advertising my business and intend to keep this innovation going and my next project would be running adverts online, highlighting my location and doing the right thing to attract more clients into the business funnel


SECTION 2: Are you adopting or imitating other business ideas? Businesses in this category try to add their strategies to the existing market trends and implement them successfully

Indeed my competitors are the base for my improvement in the business. I noticed how they tend to struggle with network issues. Most of them resolved to buying new machines. I got the idea knowing the network issues must be a general issue, thus the router remains an edge over others.

Gracefully, It is a major success to me as I barely encounter network glitch again. I am glad that this innovation worked. The idea of picking up new POS machines was gotten from competitors, therefore while my business is expanding I'm diversifying and putting it in other places to grow the efficiency in customer delivery of services.

Importantly, I imitate the competitors in respect to buying more machines but my blissful ideas of routing WIFI was solely mine and it makes more sense as I have less network glitch, making business cards and running ads for my business is indeed innovative as it brought me clients my way.


SECTION 3: Do you have in-depth knowledge of your target customer and offer them something of value. More importantly, do you offer you services at the right time, in the right places and in the right way to grow your business

I indeed have in-depth knowledge of my target customers, most importantly for a customer who is keen to know what he or she stands to gain, this has made me come up with the offer spice discount which is always made for someone doing multiple transactions at a given time. This strikes interest and a brow-raising experience. This discount is no charge would be deducted from their money even after the transaction.

In other words, perform 2 transactions and get one free. It is a mouth watery offers and since I started it my clients increased, they always want to get a better part of every deal. Through this I offer services in the right way to grow business. I'm always punctual, my clients always see me at my duty post as early as 7:00 a.m. Therefore Im always there at the right time to attend to their cares and demands. These activities grow my business in one way or the other eventually.

SECTION 4: Do you analyze your potential customers and act accordingly? A successful business man should keep a close eye on the demand and act accordingly with a changed strategy

A good listening ear and adequate communication skills is key to attending to these customers. They all do love to get the best, thus an enabling environment for them through good services, polite discussion a rich and appropriate customer service relationship is really vital.

Furthermore, most times I'm keen to know by they come patronize during our chit-chat, mot end up saying I have a nice place with beautiful ventilation and I offer them better discount in comparison to the competitors. It is usually interesting to her and it makes me feel so excited and glad too. This is indeed something to learn from. Finally, these people talk aids me in growing my business, doing the right thing and dropping the bad reviews which they say. I believe it's turning my brand into an empire.
