Hello friends,

Welcome to my blog. This is my first time joining this class and from I hardly to read from the previous weeks to make a head way.

I am already a business lady who deal on female accessories. Most of my products are sold online and since the idea of buying and selling is the market entails, I decided to join this contest. I have given answers to some of the questions asked in the lesson and I hope my ideas are good.

Customer support


Customers are the lifeblood of any business, and I can confidently say that no business can thrive without them. Customers are the ultimate decision-makers when it comes to evaluating a business's offerings. However, dealing with customer issues can be quite challenging, and it is crucial to prioritize customer satisfaction over everything else.

Assisting customers in defining their issues is another way to provide support. There may be instances where a customer struggles to articulate their problem, as a business owner, it is my duty to dig more in finding solutions to their problems by asking some questions that would yield results.

Given that my business operates on a small scale and primarily online, I have made the decision to be readily available to assist my customers by implementing a live chat feature. By introducing a chat box for swift responses to any concerns raised, I aim to minimize wait times and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

In certain situations, issuing a refund may be necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. This is why it's important for me to dedicate time to actively listen, think critically, and communicate effectively. This approach helps me build strong loyalty with my customers.

Professional hiring, if any


As my business expands, the need for additional capable hands becomes increasingly evident. While I am currently managing the business on my own, I recognize that there will come a time when hiring is necessary.

When the time comes to bring new team members on board, I will prioritize individuals who demonstrate loyalty, integrity, motivation, sincerity, and empathy towards customers. It is essential to me that my team members have a track record of building strong customer relationships, working collaboratively, tackling challenges, and exhibiting a willingness to go above.

Given that customer satisfaction is paramount, it is imperative that my employees understand how to effectively engage and serve our customers to ensure their continued loyalty. I value innovative thinking and encourage my team to contribute their ideas to drive the business forward.

As the business continues to grow, I recognize the importance of having a cohesive team that is not only capable of carrying out tasks but is also proactive in their approach to contributing to the overall growth of the business.

While the prospect of hiring additional team members is inevitable, I am committed to ensuring that those brought on board are aligned with the values and vision of the business.

Expansion plans

When it comes to business expansion, having a clear roadmap to guide the strategy is crucial for achieving growth targets.

Firstly, conducting thorough market research is essential, despite having completed some initial groundwork. Understanding customer behavior and product demand within the business area is vital for predicting future profits.

After gathering necessary information through market research, the next step involves brainstorming new ideas for products and services. Introducing promotions, such as "buy two, get one free" or offering discounts, can attract more customers. However, it is important to ensure that these initiatives are financially sustainable.

Furthermore, defining an effective marketing strategy is necessary to reach potential customers and build trust. Utilizing referral programs can help in quickly expanding the customer base, ensuring that both the referrer and the new customer receive bonuses to incentivize participation.

Aggressive or soft marketing strategies


I prefer to adopt a gentle approach to marketing. In business, it's crucial to maintain relationships through consistent follow-ups with customers. This involves checking in on their progress, understanding how their business is performing, ensuring compliance with regulations, and addressing any challenges they may be facing.

While maintaining professionalism, it's important to convey empathy and provide valuable recommendations to assist potential clients in resolving their issues. After conveying information, it's essential to allow customers the autonomy to make their own decisions without feeling pressured or coerced.

Engaging customers with meaningful and insightful questions not only demonstrates genuine interest in addressing their concerns but also helps in establishing a closer connection with potential clients.

Although I have little experience with clients, I agree that there are clients who are somewhat demanding and at the same time indecisive.
