Hello dear friends! Welcome to my post. How are you all? I hope you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this Steemit engagement challenge season 20 week 1 organized by @aviral123 & @dove11. The topic of this challenge is about "My Business Ideas". So let's start the task without any more delay of time.

Are you planning to start a business or already in business?

Yes, I'm planning to start a business because always, business is my first priority to stand out and always, I prefer business over job. Starting my own business is a dream which I want to make true at any sort. As the days are passing, the time to fulfill this dream is getting closer because currently, I'm in the last year of completing my course of pharmacy technician and in near future, I will be a pharmacist. After completing my course, I will be able to open my own pharmacy and the dream of becoming a businessman will become true.

Also, I'm in medical since the past 6 years because, I have passed my matriculation examination with biology, then passed my FSC which is considered as a first step to enter in the medical field. As to do bachelor in any of medical field, FSC is required. After passing my FSC, in took admission in Medical college to proceed my education and now, only one year is left to take my first step towards my business. After passing that course, I will get a license of pharmacy from government of Pakistan.

Then, I will be able to start my own pharmacy at any part in Pakistan. According me, sailing and purchasing of medicine is quite strong business because the man has a great connection with medicine. Whenever we fall ill, suffer in any of diseases or pain, we rush towards the doctor, he check us, cure the diseases and then prescribe us medicine which we can buy from pharmacy. Pharmacy can be run 24/7 even in harsh weathers.

This is because the people needs medicine every day in their lives to treat their disease. Besides all these things, the business of Pharmacy, can make the people rich a if your pharmacy is near a hospital, than you can get attention of a lot of customers. So in future, whenever I will open my own pharmacy, I will open it at that kind of location where I can get a large number of customers to increase my income.

Keeping in mind that you can start your business alone or on a partnership basis, what is your idea of your business model?

I will always prefer solo business model because, partnership in business can create problems later. Around me, I witnessed a lot of partnership based businesses which end in disputes between both the partners. So due to that reason, I don't want to pollute my business with that kind of things and I would like to start business of my own. I will start my own business with the contributions of my parents as single Handley, it will become difficult for for me to take a kickstart of my business.

Furthermore, one more reason of choosing a solo business model is that, I want to become the responsible of all the profits or losses because, ups and downs are the part of life. So if you think you will get only profits from your business, than forget about it. I have admitted that thing earlier so I can understand the things easily but in case of partner, we may disagree with each other during the downtime of our business.

As he will make me the responsible of any certain loss and I will make him responsible for that, which leads us towards a dispute which can affect the business badly. In results, as a solo proprietor, I will become more responsible and faithful with my business and that thing will definitely improve my decision making ability. Because, during the downtime, I have to make a decision how to control it and bring my business out of it.

Keeping in mind partnership businesses have both advantages and disadvantages, what is your idea of your business model?

Yes no doubt that, the partnership business comes with both advantages and challenges, among the challenges, the disagreements, disputes, profit measurements and losses are most prominent. And among the benefits, increase of capital, shared responsibility and many others are more significant. But we must need to think wisely before starting a solo business or partnerships business. Anyways, a hybrid business model will be the idea of my business.

One of the key reason of choosing hybrid business model over partnership business is that, my mother always disagrees with me whenever I discuss about partnership business model with her. This is because, she don't like partnership business and that is why she wants me to start my own business with a solo approach. Besides this, I'm working on a pharmacy since the past 5 years and I have a great experience.

Actually, it is my uncle's pharmacy and I'm running it as he is doing another business due to which, I'm the responsible for the profits, losses, sales and purchases of medicine. Everything day, I open the pharmacy with a new approach, planning and enthusiasm. So in results, already I have a great experience as a solo proprietor as I deal with the drugs supplying companies and store houses where we buy the medicines.

When I will start my own business of Pharmacy, then a lot of things will become easier for me as I will focus on such things which are good for my business and stay away from those things which can negatively affect the productivity of my business. Also, as a solo proprietor, I will be the king and my business will be the area I have to rule. So due to all these reasons, I will always prefer solo business model over partnership business model.

You are in a business now and doing well; let's know what your plans are and what efforts you are making to expand your business for the long term. Will you do it on your own or hire professionals?

Ooh well, starting a new business is the main but then working to make it strong and successful is most important. So after starting my own business of Pharmacy, to make it successful and earn a good name among the pharmacies will be my first priority and to do so different types of efforts I will do to expand my business. In this regard, the following steps I will take to achieve my goals.

1. Publicity & Advertisement:

• First of all, I will raise more awareness among the people about my business through the social media, flexes and meeting them personally.

2. Discounts:

• I will provide a portion of discounts on specific medicine to gain the attention of people by providing them a relief.

3. Meeting with Doctors:

• I will try to meet with the doctors and physicians at their clinics to build a trust and relation with them so they can suggest my pharmacy to their patients.

4. New Hiring:

• I will hire new professionals related to that field such as, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistant as well to deal with a large number of customers at the same time.

5. Camping of doctors;

• I will organize camps of doctors near my pharmacy who will diagnose their disease in patients for free and prescribe them medicine. They will buy that prescribed medicine from my pharmacy which will increase earnings.
