The following is my explanation according to the rules of the contest.

In running any business, it is very important to prioritise customers. As we know "the customer or consumer is king" who must be treated as well as possible. "Customer satisfaction is something that must be fulfilled ". A businessman should pay attention to customers by conducting market surveys to see and hear the needs of consumers. This is a form of effort to provide support to customers .

Customer satisfaction is one of the keys to success in a business. Customers who feel happy and comfortable with the products offered tend to have the potential to recommend products / or services to others again.

Business people must also actively listen to complaints or feedback from customers. Every complaint should be handled with responsiveness and effective solutions. So that there is a good bond and relationship with the customer.

With the feed back from consumers, it can be a reference for business people in running their business in order to meet consumer needs or market tastes. In this case, business people can adjust products, quality, price and service based on feed back from these customers.

Another effort that can be made as a form of support to customers is to try to fix the shortcomings that occur in the business being managed. In addition, business people are also required to be creative and continue to innovate and be consistent in serving the best for customers, so that they can win the hearts of customers.

Currently I am only a state civil apparatus, but it has been a long time. I want to run a business in the fashion field and in the culinary field, it is related to my hobby. If later I succeed in establishing a business in one of these fields such as the culinary business, then of course I will recruit staff who work according to their fields.

For the culinary business I have a goal to run a culinary business in the form of a restaurant with a menu of traditional Indonesian cuisine. I will raise again a variety of traditional regional foods so that they are again recognised and not forgotten and lost in time.

For this reason, the staff positions that I will recruit are as follows:
1. Indonesian traditional cuisine chef
2. Restaurant waiter
3. Accountant for bookkeeping

Well-trained employees are a valuable asset in a culinary business. I will ensure they have the skills in their respective fields.

To run this culinary business so that it can grow and develop rapidly, and succeed in obtaining a large turnover, then I will try to apply various strategies that I know, including the following:

1. Doing targeted planning with the right business budget and accurate financial management.
Fulfilling the legal aspects and business licences of the culinary business being run.
3. Choose a strategic culinary / restaurant business location accompanied by equipment and interior design of the building that suits the culinary concept
4. Using human resources who have skills in the culinary field
5. Conducting promotions and branding, as well as working with influencers to attract more customers
6. Provide service and comfort to customers and build good relationships with customers, such as providing special discounts and member cards for regular customers.
*7. Serving the signature menu as the restaurant's signature menu by using quality raw materials and serving healthy food menus.
8. Continue to be creative and innovate in serving a variety of culinary
9. Consistency in running the business sustainably and maintaining the quality of culinary flavours served.
10. Cooperate with delivery services, in this case the aim is to utilise technology for operational efficiency

The point is that a business that has "something " in the form of attractiveness, will be able to lure many consumers to stop by and this of course will bring profit to the businessman.

For the marketing strategy of the culinary business products that I will run later, I will combine aggressive marketing strategies with soft marketing strategies.

For aggressive marketing strategies, I will interact with consumers by conducting digital marketing promotions, but still pay attention to morals and ethics. In this case I will also create content as interesting as possible which will be actively disseminated on various social media such as tiktok, instagram facebook and youtube. In addition, I will also invite the right influencers to collaborate to promote my culinary products. I do this to reach a wider community with a loaksi position far from my culinary business place.

As for the soft marketing strategy, I will use offline advertising and branding strategies so that the business products I run can be known by the community around my business location.
