Binary Code by Left Hand of God ( Dsound Exclusive )
Binary Code is the first track off the Dsound exclusive LP, Cryberpunk.
Electro synths & Industrial style beats will be the basis of this release. I'll be amping up the sequencing and DAW action in this release and adding Korg Gadget to the workflow. Korg Gadget will be the main sequencer, I'll play live hardware over Korg Gadget sequences in various tracks.
Korg Gadget on the iOS supplies all the sounds and sequencing for this track. Arturia Minilab was used as midi controller to control the synthesizers within Korg Gadget.

New beat and 90's club industrial pretty much sound the same to me
Kind of true; it all evolved from New beat, wich is a bit older. It's early eighty's to later eighty's. Things like 'Front Fourty Two' and such where the founders of this genre, later came 'A split second' wich set New Beat apart from the rest and it's with them that things really took off.. . A lot more artists where involved offcourse.. Gotta love that sound, wright :D For us Belgians, that's pure Belgian.. Weird history though, real shame for New Beat, we Belgians invented club life. Or at least Europe didn't know of a club back then Boccaccio was the first. I wasn't there doh, i'm a bit to young though.. i was born in 82 so.. As a child i grew up on this shit doh... and belpop offcourse, wich was more on the radio as New Beat was band at some point; i've got an older blog on the subject.. ;) Grts
