Yeah.
I no longer take medication or medical drugs for almost two decades now.
I also do the intermittent fasting for more than 2 years now and do a combination of prayer and meditation regularly.
Quite great doing these stuffs in my daily life.
I hope many people will realize these practices as essential in our growth in body and soul.
