Yeah best to keep trying if all other music plays fine you can rule out a device or soundcard issue as the culprit, it's best try it later if the problem persists for all sound then try a cheapo usb soundcard as an alternative to see if it works then attaching some speakers or headphone to the usb soundcard, I say these types of soundcard due to their throw away cost on the likes of ebay. Good luck.

If it is working that way then it is either the port if using headphones or the soundcard built into the device (pc or laptop etc) or it's a intermittent and or failing board chipset for the audio portion or the the board, but it's more likely it's just lag on the line or the service website.
