Podcast: Fitness Excuses and How to Fix Them Episode - #2
It today's episode I'm talking about the most common excuses and ways to fix them. While my podcast is available on iTunes and Podbean I want to post my content here first and share with steemit community. So you guys get a fresh content before anyone else.

Awee thank you @run.vince.run I think there are very few of us on steemit at this point. Which I think is a good place since it presents an opportunity for the new people to build community and following. Other social media platforms are overflooded and it's almost impossible for the newbie to stand out regardless of the quality of the content.
