Reboot!

Did you ever used to watch that show Reboot or its reboot, Reboot? The reboot Reboot wasn't as good as the original Reboot, but I digress. This post has nothing to do with that show other than the fact they share a common word (I wonder if you can guess yet).

Way back in my Steemit infancy I was posting a series I dubbed "In the Lab with Falseyedols" where it shows me crafting a beat by hand, looping/layering it, then adding some type of melody and bass from my guitars. The tracks were rough, unedited, and (almost) not planned out. It was more a challenge for me to see what I could make in as little time as possible (these averaged 3-6 minutes of raw footage). It's good to exercise one's creativity under artistic restraints. Sometimes it forces you to think outside the box and use more creative solutions.

Anywho, I really enjoyed doing these, and intend to pick them back up and dual post over to @dsound and @dlive, as I still haven't tried the latter. I am afraid I may have lost a few of these installments (Sucks being disorganized) so it's possible some may be gone forever, but I will upload the few more I have then start making new ones. Be on the lookout for those and other great publishings from Falseyedols!

Thanks for stopping by again. I'm off to Denver Comic Con tomorrow to promote Steemit and how creatives can use it to monetize their content. I'm really excited as I love talking about blockchain and Steem. We'll be talking about it on our show tomorrow night. I've been figuring out a groove between Steemit and my life, as Steemit has been taking up more and more of my time all the time. It's all about balance, and I've been so excited by what I see over here, I forget about other things I need to do (I'm sure my other steemfam can relate). I'm getting closer and closer to a nice balance, and this has been (and is going to be) such an amazing ride! Glad to be here, ya'll. Peace and love steemfam.
