Enter the trees of solitude, leave all thoughts, feelings, experiences and memories behind…

As you walk in the dense green forest, you can hear the birds chirping, the forest buzzing and you can feel the cool forest breeze gently caressing the skin on your face. You stop, stand still and have a look around. You can see a path leading through the trees and start to follow the path underneath the canopy of trees. You can feel twigs and leaves crack under four feet as you walk on the path…

As you walk along the path you can see big stones far ahead and you then keep walking in the directions of the big stone. As you walk, you feel free, liberated and in a state of total relaxation. You can still feel the soft breeze on your face as you walk through an arch of perfectly hand placed stones, to find yourself in a circle of trees. When you look around you can see stone benches on the outskirts of the circle, two identical arches on ether side of the circle and the circle surrounded by huge over arching trees. In the middle of the circle there is also as small bench with elaborate drawings around it…

You look around and choose a spot to have a seat. You sit, wiggle around a bit, until you feel completely comfortable. As you sit you can once again feel the soft breeze brushing your skin. You feel total inner peace as love resonates through your being…
