its called Creep Catcher, they have vids up on youtube too
from Alberta and British Columbia, they all called Creep Cather, but they also add the town/city, for e.g Vancouver Creep Catcher, Grande Prairie Creep Catcher
There are several different groups across the US. But only a handful are in it for the right reasons.
