New Drugwars Update [Interactive Territory Background]

Not 100% what it means so far, but here's two images that show territories that are not fully developed, but owned by The Government. Maybe this will be another way to collect Divs like in some of the popular Tron games where the more landscape you own and the long you hold it, the more you'll be rewarded it. Only time will tell.
