Fuck off drugwars (The reason why they do not reimburse.)

As you can understand by reading from the title I am particularly angry with the developers of this game. Leaving aside the constant bugs, the slowness of the game and the complete lack of information on how the battles work, I find completely unacceptable the non-return of the money lost due to a bug in the game. And yes today I lost about the equivalent of 88.24 steem but there is no need to worry because I contact the developers and they told me it's my problem. How is it possible?? Below as you can see there is the explanation by who develops the game.

I expected a lot from these people and this game and for this reason I invested a lot of money. If they are serious people and know that there is a mistake in the system they should reimburse players who have suffered damage. I hope they do the right thing;)
