There are many sites on the deep web to buy your illegal goods from. I personally recommend using sites that have lasted a long time and have a good reputation, eg dream market. You can easily search for their deepweb URLs online. I personally do not recommend buying from overseas vendors. This is because customs do search what goes through, and while they often are honestly quite bad at catching things, and there's not much likelihood that something small will be detected, there's still a risk involved. Also because domestic shipping is obviously much faster.
