Caffeine is only good if you don't have a tolerance to it.
It is even if you have a tolerance for it if you just drink enough of it. Take a 500mg caffeine dose before you go for a walk and I'm sure you'll feel some effects of it.
500mg would surely create heart palpitations and a lot of negative side effects. I you could take 2000mg l-theanine and most of negative side effects would go away. Anything over 300mg of caffeine has the potential to make you dependent on it.
