WE CROSSED THE FINISH LINE!
FINISHED, OVER, DONE!
Yep! It's done! The saving portion of our Block Party (as a group) is done - and now, we get to powerdown and disperse the funds! We ended up with a total of 2703.863 steem in this account! (and of course, below -you can see how much you have all deposited into your own accounts - and how much steem we gained in rewards to split!!!)
Powering down starting TODAY!
Yep! It begins today. So 13 weeks from now, our steem will be 100% available to disperse from this account! The reason why we are starting the powerdown now - is because of the time frame it takes to turn back into liquid steem - and then also enough time before the trip where we will need to use the money for deposits/ flights/ car rentals... etc for the Block Party! I'll still be giving out votes each week, but it will dwindle as the power of our SP decreases in the powerdown.
I had said before that people are welcome to keep depositing into this account - but.... that really doesn't make sense! It makes more sense for you to keep any funds that you would have saved here - in your own accounts at this point. Keeps the calculations clean and easy from here on out! :)
I've been so excited for this trip - and now that it's actually 2020.... the trip seems ridiculously close! Before you know it - the trip will be here, so if you're making plans and still saving - be VERY intentional about continuing to set aside money - start looking at plane tickets - and all that jazz!!! hehehehe I CANNOT wait to see you all again!!!!

LOL I've got an entire sheet that is all formulated and wonderful! All I need to do is add in your weekly deposits and it calculates EVERYTHING immediately for me! :)
