Dream analysis - ego death?

I had a few weird dreams last night & felt called to share on here. First I was on a ship in a bay when some massive waves came through and tore the ship apart.

The second dream I was walking through an alley way and saw a tree house on fire. I was concerned about the house catching fire as it was adjoining the tree house. I called the fire brigade and that was the end of the dream.

I don't often have dreams anymore. And less often dreams I remember when I wake. It's interesting that both dreams had a theme of destruction. I'm wondering whether it's a teaching for destruction of ego, or some part of my life as I know it.
