Lucid Dreaming is the ability to be aware of your dreams, and control them. This lets you sleep better, experience the impossible, and practice real life skills. Here are some powerful techniques you can use to have a lucid dream
you’re really serious about learning to control your dreams and you REALLY want it to happen, you need to build up the HABITS you’ll need to lucid dream. These are very important, and learning the wrong things will mean you’ll waste HOURS. Here are some useful things:
Get yourself a small dream journal and write your dreams down when you wake up. This will help you remember more and more dreams over time, and they’ll me more likely to be lucid
Go through the 30 day lucid dreaming bootcamp. It’s a printable template and ebook that tells you exactly what to practice on each day, for 30 days.
If you’re more of a visual learner, try listening to binaural beats. These are special soundwave tracks that change your brain state, and make it much easier to slip into a lucid dream by tricking your mind in a certain way
You’ll FORCE yourself to lucid dream as fast as possible if you just follow the simple steps
Don’t stress too much about it! Lucid dreaming sometimes takes time, but when you learn the right things, it can happen fast. Be patient, and enjoy yourself!
