The expression of the face is full with a kind of bleak serenity, and i love the folds of the clothes and the hands that hold the head... the hands' pose are very lovely and fluid and wonderful <3 <3 <3

Second, that's funny about your friends. I'm having a quiet holiday and we're just going to the local for Christmas dinner and also again for New years Eve drinks. I'm definitely going to any local Christmas sings still happening in Canterbury, as I've already gone to a couple.
I am so intrigued with what is left in place of the head. Looking like a weird tree? or the end of the spine exploding? Dark and beautiful art is my favourite:)
