Sci-fi Racing Comic --STAR CIRCUIT--
This story is about striving for something with everything you've got even when people say it's impossible. A journey to prove them wrong...
Meet Atlus, a spectator if you ever saw one. He watches the inter-planetary racing circuit replays everyday. He watches the only family he has left deteriorate every night. He watches his life stagnate like the used oil left on the floor in his shop. He watches the only real relationship fly away with a better suited man. He watches all of the pilots, imagining what its like to really fly. He watches mankind drift to an obsolete truth.
What Atlus doesn't watch is the secret drive inside him. It's been there the whole time..it just needs to be ignited.
Welcome to Star Circuit---my creator owned comic still in the early stages of development.
The pages below are not a straight forward excerpt from the story and are just being used as an art test. In all truth I've had my focus pulled away from this awesome idea that I would love to make.
Let me know what you guys think of Star Circuit and if I should continue with this project. I've been gauging the response across the internet. So please sound off in the comments, follow me for updates, and click links for more information on all my work.

Cool! Keep it up!!
Thanks!
Great drawings mate. Are you planning on putting in color?
That should be post2.0
I posted a snippet of a color test on @auditoryorgasms comment. Color really bring it to life :0
This is great! When I first looked through your art, I made the mistake of going through it as I would a manga. I went back and looked through it the correct way!
Good. Your drawing reminded me of Akira, by Katsuhiro Otomo.
Thanks! He is a big inspiration of mine. I've studied how he simplified motorcycles in Akira and it's brilliant.

Wow these panels are great, I'd love to see them all colored! Brilliant!
Thank you so much!! I've done a color test as well. Here it is:
Color is not my first passion but I have a fantastic guy for colors potentially.

Fantastic art. Good to see other great artist here on steemit
Awesome pages! I love these more than the Green Lantern samples. I think your inks here really do a great job with different line weights. There's a sense of foreground, middle ground, background, and scale that the GL pages were lacking a little. Which one is more recent? Just curious.
These tests and your synopsis are solid. Pursue it if it's the story you're most in love with right now! I'll definitely be following and upvoting all the way.
Yes, these samples are more recent. Thank you again for the kind words. I do love the action and potential the story holds so its definitely a contender for my regular posts. Thanks for the support, Bryan
Lovely inking and i like the whole setting. Will follow n be on the lookout :)
Thanks, I appreciate you, vibvir/
Good stuff.
you have a good open style and your story boarding looks good.
feels a bit like mobius.
Really appreciate it! Its something I've always wanted to see in comics myself.
You're welcome. I've been involved in comics for a while. Both collection and creation. You got some good art there.
Nice drawings. Project seems interesting and worth pursuing. Atlus could be a promising hero.
Thank you. I know I didn't provide a whole lot of synopsis but appreciate your vote of interest. Do you read comics regularly?
Yes, I'm rather fond of comics. Always had penchant for comics from childhood . "Comfort reading" , I guess.
Awesome. I was sheltered from comics as a kid for some reason. Maybe it explains my craze of the medium now. Reading any modern comics that inspire you?
I really like the crisp clear lines and clean look and feel of the environment. Keep up the great work!
Yea, I think that the line work being done digitally really matches the science fiction mood! Thanks so much for checking it out.
