Day 8 of my 365 Day learning to draw challenge. I decided to switch it up a little today and did a sharpie drawing of a baby beaver from a DoodleDrawArt video on YouTube.

I like drawing with a sharpie for some reason. I don't know if it's because it reminds me of using markers as a kid or what.

I like Sharpie markers because their ink dries quickly. I can write left-handed and the ink won't smudge my hand. They're also what I've been using lately to draw my cartoon.
Yeah I might do more with them myself. And since my goal is to eventually use the drawings on t-shirt designs the sharpie stands out good and will be easier to vectorize.
I really liked this one :)
