Making usage easy is very important to get people using Steem, especially if the purpose is to convince merchants to accept Steem. The more difficult or time consuming it is to use Steem, the less likely it is that people will be convinced to accept Steem.
As a complete newbie, I can confirm that at times navigating and using the Steem platform can be a bit tiring.
B medium feasibility / high impact. Reason added to poll answer.
Voted for A low feasibility / high impact.
