Review- From User to Internet Service Provider with Dove Network

Hey guys,

I’ve got an interesting new project to review today called Dove Network, which is looking to offer a solution to the issue of limited worldwide internet access through their decentralised internet data network.

Quick disclaimer: this project, like all I review, is new to the scene and is still under development so please always do your own research. Also remember this is my opinion and not financial advice; my content is for educational and entertainment purposes only.

INTRODUCTION

In the Western world, we take services such as reliable internet access as a given, however the truth is that reliable internet on a global scale is shockingly limited. According to a United Nations Report, more than half of the world’s population still do not have access to the internet. Asia and Africa are regions with the lowest access, but there are many places globally with limited reliable data access. Taking proactive measures towards making internet accessible to this unconnected half of the world’s population would not only improve these individuals’ quality of life but also stimulate economic growth in these locations.

Dove Network is developing a decentralised solution which will enable users to connect to the internet instantly, anywhere around the world where there is a device contributing to the network. Many people from remote and rural communities will have the opportunity to gain access to high quality internet like never before. Users will be able to buy and sell data on the Dove Network marketplace, with the network’s ‘pay per usage’ policy promoting cost efficiency.

BLOCKCHAIN BASED SOLUTION

Essentially, Dove Network is a decentralised peer to peer internet sharing network that utilizes the Ethereum blockchain to create a community-powered Internet Service Provider network; Dove Network aims to make internet affordable and available to billions of people around the world. The Dove Network platform will allow people and devices to connect in a simple, decentralised peer to peer fashion.

Customers are simply required to register their device on the network, configure their plan preference- and they’re now using Dove Network! Devices will automatically connect to the best possible option at the time. Connected devices can then trade data based on the user’s preselected plan details.

There are four applications which make up the Dove Network ecosystem. They include the Do Protocol which aids data transmission, the Smart Algorithm which is powered by AI, Trading Machine and Consensus Machine.

SPECIAL FEATURES

When internet becomes a tradeable commodity, individuals will not only reap financial benefits from the resulting monetization, but also businesses, organisations and governments will be able to earn extra money by trading data through the Dove Network marketplace. Businesses can therefore sell their unused data, reducing overall operating costs and generating extra income seamlessly.

Dove Network will also help to increase network efficiency when overloaded, and when internet is generally unavailable. Examples include concerts, tourist sites and other places with high internet traffic.

TEAM & TOKEN SALE DETAILS

The Dove Network team is comprised of a group of well trained and skilled professionals, with years of experience in blockchain technology, product development and business management. They include Douglas Schwartz- Co-founder and CEO, Alain Viviers- Co-founder and COO and Gaesh Moorthy- Co-founder and CMO, alongside a host of other team members and investors dedicated to making Dove Network a success.

The platform will host its native token, called Dove. The Dove token is ERC-20 compliant and is made available for use to all participants in the Universal Dove Network Platform.
