This is a Vril symbol. The V part for Vril and the circular deal represents the earth and tunnels leading underground where the Vril live and have lived since the time of the dinosaurs. We've been encountering them across history in various ways and now the current leadership of the world is heavily allied with and dominated by them. It isn't a great time.
