NOW IT'S TIME TO TALK ABOUT #DOLPHINSCHOOL BOOTCAMP!
Since I started on Steemit in 2016, I've been working to help others. As soon as I learned a new trick, I'd share it. I've always believed you never really own a concept until you can teach it, so I do it as much for my own benefit as yours.
That's where #DOLPHINSCHOOL came from. I figured I was a minnow and I wanted to be a dolphin. Then I was a dolphin, but still looking to help others develop and due to power down, I'm considered a dolphin again.
I'll try to make this simple.
Here's what I want to do. I'm offering a challenge to anyone with less 10,000 steem. I'll personally coach you to help you build an audience and grow your steemit business. Why do you want that?
- I've been publishing online since 1996, with over 5 million readers before steemit
- I write over a million words a year, every year, for ten years.
- I earn my living as a writer, ghost writer and corporate blogger
- I ran my own social marketing firm for three years 5 figures monthly
- I was a top 30 author for three months running here in summer 2016 and
- I am still earning good money, even with the platform being much more challenging.
I can't teach you to be whale. I haven't done that yet, but I can get you started!
Bootcamp will run for ten days
On each of those days, I'll post a tips post sometime before noon (my schedule is screwy, I'll try to get it done in the early morning.)
I'll start with introductory stuff, but each day there will be homework.
Homework Part A
Every day, you will be expected to:
- Upvote the dolphinschool posts on my blog (there will be two, so plan for it)
- Resteem the dolphinschool posts on my blog
- Participate in comments on the dolphinschool posts on my blog
- Tag at least one other user in your comments to invite them to join (a new invitee each day)
Understand, anyone can participate without completing all of these and get a lot of benefit, but will not be eligible for the rewards if they skip ANY of these.
Bonus points for encouraging other dolphinschool bootcamp attendees, upvoting them, resteeming them and leaving comments on their assignments.
Homework Part B
This will be on the morning post. I'll ask some questions and expect answers in the comments. They'll be designed to make you think about what you want here and how you can get it. If you want to participate in the rewards, you MUST do the work, all ten days. There will be no wrong answers, just be honest.
Homework Part C
This where it will start to pay off for YOU!
Each day, in the morning post, I will provide an assignment. It may be read a particular page or pages in the welcome guide, FAQ, or other. It could be to find and comment on a post that fits certain criteria, or use a new "steem tool" or just about anything you could do on the steemit platform THAT DOES NOT COST SBD or SP.
- None of the assignments will require you to pay in any way, other than with your upvotes, resteems, and comments.
- None of the assignments will ask you to do anything ethically, or morally questionable
- None of the assignments will be designed to take up more than an hour, under normal conditions.
Once you've completed the assigned tasks, you will be asked to publish a post on your blog, either outlining your experience and something you learned, or teaching others about what you learned, in tutorial style. You must include the tags #dolphinschool and #markrmorrisjr in your post tags to be eligible.
The best posts from each day will be featured on my blog, in the second dolphinschool post in the evening.
- I will use @ mentions, and links to your pieces.
- I will personally recommend your work.
- I will promote the post (free promotion) on steem chat and Facebook
- I will share revenue with the top authors that day from that review post!
That means you'll have the chance to earn a share in SBD for each of the ten days!
In the course of these assignments, you can expect.
- To learn more about the steemit platform than you do now
- To publish some great content on your blog
- To gain new followers
- To get upvotes and resteems
- Hopefully to earn a little SBD in the process.
In exchange for your time and support, I will
- Personally, or with the help of assistants, (if we get more than 20 students) visit each assignment post and comment. (I cannot guarantee an upvote for each post) with tips.
- Respond to every comment on the posts
- Answer any and all questions
- Follow every participants blog and leave comments, and upvote, as appropriate for quality content
- Give you positive support, the benefit of my experience, and mentorship.
- Promote you to my audience of 2500+ Steemians.
DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS POST UNLESS YOU'VE READ AND AGREE TO THESE CONDITIONS! ANYONE THAT DOESN'T FOLLOW ALL OF THEM IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REVENUE SPLITS!
All are welcome to read and learn from the posts, and participate in the homework. But, any student not completing ALL of the requirements listed above is ineligible for revenue splits.
If the project is successful financially, bounties will be offered for additional promotional posts, talking about dolphinschool. The amounts will not be huge, unless the payouts are sizable. But, I don't believe in asking anyone to work for free, even if they are learning.

Just a small note: It seems you've made a small math error... It's 10 days, right? But you also say it will start on the 31st and end on the 6th of Feb. That's only 7 days ;)
Yeah, that's been pointed out! thanks! I'll fix it. If you find you can't complete everything, just hang out with us, finish at your own pace. The only thing I won't do for those that can't do everything (especially the upvotes and resteems) is share revenue on the posts. I'll still promote and coach.
