Please Help my Dog!

The covid 19 pandemic....& Everything about the shut down because of it..... Has driven me to the brink of psychological and physical exhaustion…my best friend can barely move his back legs & go to the bathroom without me helping clean him up After he goes potty. Now I am faced with having to watch my Dog struggle in pain not knowing if I can even get him diagnosed!
I need 4 grand just to get him the MRI Imaging of his spine and another possible four grand to fix A possible obstruction on his spinal cord! This tiny guy has the worlds Biggest Heart.....he means more to me than I could put in a paragraph… Please help!
