OK, Here's the Sunday Plan: Work, Rest and Doggo time! I'm Ready For You Sunday!
This morning you’re getting a slower, more zen-ed out Dayle. I PROMISED myself I’d take it slow today, because that seems to be the overall sentiment from my back. SO we’ve done a lovely slow yoga for sciatic pain, and now we’re at the machine, but the way I’m feeling I may not be able to sit here long.
ENTER STANDING DESK MODEE!

ok that but reverse.
I posted a picture if my step in standing desk mode yesterday, and if you work from home and have frequent back pain, I’d certainly consider it. I love this thing.

Anyway, enough about my old lady problems, how are you today? Are you feeling energized? Or feeling slow rainy Sunday vibes like me? Got a candle? Light that sucker! It helps.
Today my adventures include some steemit time, client work (if they get back to me) and later in the afternoon I’m joining Mom on another training session with that grumpy Boston Terrier, Liala that I told you about. I guess the average person would see her as a bit of a nightmare, she’s a 10 year old rescue doggo who’s only been with her current family a year or so, and from what we can tell she’s had a pretty rough ride, being bounced from place to place, and we suspect she’s had a litter of puppies that were taken from her way too early.
here she is pictured in her thunder vest- that face is just too cute!
She’s a total grouch. Owned by an older couple who has a heart for older rescues (they’re often very hard to find homes for because everyone wants shiny new Christmas puppies) they’re certainly competent and caring dog owners, but lady is starting to take over certain bits of the couch, (where she carefully organizes her bed with all of her toys or “babies” as they call them) and has even snapped and bitten the owners when they try to move her.
Oh Lady... she’s very precious over her resources and comfort, and when she’s tired and want’s to be left alone, she really means it!
So today we’re going to do some leash work outside (hoping the weather clears up for that) and try to work on some positive reinforcement, acclimating her to sharing a space with strangers (me) and making her more tolerant of being a part of the family. She's an older gal, sure, but she’s got to learn that she can’t communicate with hoomanz the way she would communicate with puppies that are annoying her, aka growls and nipps!
Liala was soooo tired and didn’t want to be bothered while sleeping… until she heard the food can open- haha that face!
Either way, I’m looking forward to seeing her again. Maybe I’ve just got a special place in my heart for the difficult ones <3.

Talk to you again soon! - wish me luck!
<3
