Just another regular day for you. So, uhm, when did these people have this dog checked by a vet prior to delivery? With an unintended pregnancy and a difference in animal sizes, it would be normal practice to get the dog examined along the way to make sure the beloved pet was coping okay and able to handle everything.
From what I'm reading, probably never, which also screams irresponsibility.
No mention of that at all. I had wondered the same thing, but since it's impossible to even make them understand why letting the dog get pregnant in the first place was a problem, I figured there was no point bringing it up.
If they'd gotten her checked, they'd have known a c section was likely and could have planned funds for payment in advance!
Exactly.
That's silly. Everyone knows that dogs are God's creatures and since they do everything naturally, it's all going to work out in the end. No need to get doctors involved!
