Yes @Blocktrades is the fastest way I’ve found. You need to get a Doge wallet set up first!
Hey, it's easy if you use @blocktrades site at blocktrades.us
I've done it several times already. You just need to choose Litecoin to send, and then choose Doge to receive and provide your Doge wallet address and send the Litecoin to the address blocktrades gives you.
