Being raised on an island in Alaska has proved to be somewhat of a disability when it comes to knowing how the environmental movement began, and who underwrote and informed it's core tenets and principles.

As driven by an epiphany of my essential inclusion in the fabric of the natural ecosystems of the world, I had always been drawn to organizations like the WWF, IUCN, and etc... Not until I read this report was I alerted to the duplicitous purpose and genesis of those institutions.
