Many people who are 'new' to crypto are really feeling the struggle right now, but there are also many who have been in this for quite some time and realize that there is a big picture to all of this. If you look at the yearly prices for many of the the 'big name' cryptos (like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin), there appears to be a trend that shows a real crappy time during February through April. Holding the big assets should prove to be a great idea in the end.
People have to do their own research and really find out about these ICOs. They hear a buzz about them on-line somewhere and figure that they can get rich quickly...little do they know, they end up buying at the top and selling at the worst dip...

Actually every ICO is a scam. Many ICO's are overpriced and many sell below the ICO price even if they manage to make it out of ICO phase.
