Realistically speaking, because it takes 9 parts of calories in plants you need to feed to an animal to get one part of calories in meat from that animal. ie. When you eat 100 calories of meat, it takes 900 calories from plants that the farmer needed to feed that animal to get the end animal product. Not only are animal product eaters paying money to kill the animal, but they are killing 9 times more plants than if only eating the plants themselves. This is why many people are passionate about veganism, because it solves world hunger. The food model as we know it is incredible inefficient and current models show that we could feed the world's population 3+x over by just feeding the starving people in the world the corn and grain that humans grow for animal agriculture. Obviously if there were no demand for animal products those farms growing grains for livestock would shift to grow other plants that are more optimal for human health than grains on their farm space. All love @gavinthegreat :--)
Vegetarians tend to use a poster
"Did your food have a face?"
And, when i go to the supermarket, like, everything has a face.
The chips ahoy cookies have a face, smiling, like it wants to be eaten.
Hahahaha! Love it!! Great quote too!😂😂😂😂💕💕💕
