15 Minute Intense Workout you can do anywhere
Hi everyone! This was a really good work out, short and very challenging. I ended up with so much energy even though it was so tiring.
Here's the drill,
For warm up you can run around the block 3 times or jump rope 300 times. I like stretching shoulders and do a couple mobility lunges before starting anything.
And then here's the sweet part.
FInd a tall step, or a sturdy box and 2 heavy things, like milk gallons or bags of sand if you are not at a gym or own dumb bells.
Set the timer to 15 minutes and do 5 times the following set:
15 box jumps
15 over head lifts
walk 50m with the weight.
When doing the over head lifts make sure you bend your knees and do a tiny jump.
Try to do all 5 in 15 minutes or under, or whatever you can do in those 15 minutes if you're starting out.
Eat a banana right after and drink plenty of water!!
