Grilled Fish Has Never Tasted This Good! / 炎丸居酒屋

Enmaru Lzakaya is an exceptional classic Japanese restaurant I came across whilst I was in Hong Kong. If you like Japanese food, this place is an absolute must!

It is located in Time Square building and is extremely busy, as you can imagine. Luckily we arrived just after lunch time and hence got seated straight away.

Upon entering the restaurant, there was a modern looking sushi bar on our immediate left, with several chefs busy with preparing the delicious sushi. However, probably my most eye catching observation was the long open fire grill place that was situated slap bang in the middle of the restaurant. This is the only time I can recall seeing that a real charcoal BBQ used for grilling fish, meat and "yakitori"! Very original indeed and that beautiful smell was insanely satisfying the whole time! You can even sit at the "robatayaki" bar and stare at the soothing glow of the grill, haha.

For lunch, they serve an appetizing set menu which include a bit of everything such as sushi, beef and grilled fish. That’s exactly what I went for and was not disappointed in the least. For me, the grilled fish was definitely the winner! It arrived piping hot, the skin was crisp with the fish meat being very juicy and soft to the bite. Absolutely fantastic!

Enmaru Lzakaya is renowned for its outstanding dishes, superior customer services and stylish environment. And as a bonus, reasonable prices matching its high profile standard. The food is fresh and tastes remarkably good. I would recommend any Japanese food lover to give it a try!

炎丸居酒屋是我在香港出差时去过的一家经典日本餐厅。环境幽雅，食物也很有特色。如果你喜欢日本料理，我很推荐这里，呵呵。

餐厅位于时代广场大厦，可想而知这里有多热闹。幸运的是，我们去到的时候刚好已经过繁忙的午餐时间，所以不用排队等座位。

一进门就看到左边的寿司吧，厨师们正在精心准备各款美味寿司。餐厅中央有个烤海鲜的地方，十分有特色。你还可以坐在烤炉四周的吧台，近距离地观赏烤海鲜的整个过程哦，呵呵。

我选了他们家的午饭套餐，好丰盛哦，有寿司，味噌汤，洋葱牛肉拌饭，蒸蛋和烤鱼。样样都好好吃，不过烤鱼绝对是亮点。虽然做法很简单，但皮脆而且每一口都能感受到鱼肉鲜嫩，实在好吃，让我忍不住一口接着一口，哈哈！

炎丸居酒屋以其出众的菜肴，一流的服务和幽雅的环境而闻名，所以相对来说价格也不便宜。不过喜欢日本料理的朋友，可以来这里试一试哦！
