Tier 5 got a two weak spot in front of tank. Without this this tank = killer.
Tier 9 looks fine, I think the dmg/defense etc will change multi times before this tank come out so hard to tell right now how good this is but i ll do whole Polish tree so i ll write a full opinion about 2-10 tier in the future
