For the video and exercises that you did, I noticed clearly that the gym that you knit is very similar to the academies here in Brazil, in relation to the structural terms. The almost tumble he took was also funny hihihih.

It must be nice that you guys can work out together at the same time, because it's a lot more incentive to go to the gym. I need to encourage myself, since, with past events, I lost courage and energy to go to academia, however, I know that the practice of physical activity improves our courage and energy.... I have to go back.... depression is not easy.
