howdy today everlove! oh they were hoping that you guys were a big drug cartel! lol. I'm sorry that is so not funny but it sounds funny because it's so ludicrous! wow.
So do you know why they would suspect such a thing? I mean what was their evidence, or do you need evidence anymore?
Oh, you haven't heard or experienced it yet, huh?
Tomato and okra plants that are over 12" tall are enough to give rise to corrupted minds. No evidence is needed, and a warrant is not even needed! They do whatever they want!
what in the world? oh man..no wonder you guys are so pissed off, that is so wrong! I thought they had to have some kind of evidence. dang.
did they search the whole living quarters and everything and tear the place up and make a big mess?
The first time, during the raid, they not only searched and held us all at gunpoint for 10 hours (including a 2 year old and a 2 week old), they also cut down our crops and stole our sustainable materials.
And that was just the first. The second, third and fourth (which all came in the same day), were also without warrants, lying, cheating, covering-up. They have a lot to answer for.
Can never trust them not to plant or suppress evidence, or hide bugs and the like--just like sending undercover agents to our events. So sneaky and slimy. Pretty creepy on all levels.
howdy again everlove! oh my gosh it keeps getting worse and worse, what thugs tactics! wow. Cut down your crops? what in the world for? just to be mean? you guys need a great attorney who is aggressive.
But it could be a good thing if they send in an undercover agent because they will see how good and loving the operation is.
But that holding you for 10 hours with the little ones..that's inexcusable!
We do have an incredible attorney who is willing to take it to the Supreme Court and understands the bigger picture of what is happening here. The cops have even harassed him!
They keep making things worse by the way they continue to behave. We have their last invasion on video--while they were here for the 3rd time in one day (without a warrant, again) and stayed that particular time from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., having made entry by climbing through our fence, with our attorney on the line telling them no entry without a warrant. Ha! Not even a camera in their face made them reconsider. They threatened and they followed through! It is really ridiculous!
Sending undercover agents did nothing of value, except to admit through their affidavits that they didn't see any marijuana!! But as I say, they don't care about truth or honor, or doing the "right" thing. It is obvious what they care about.
People can only see what they are ready to see, and feel what they are ready to feel. They can tell that we are different, and they've never had a raid like this before. We offered them water, breakfast and lunch while they were here--besides feeding their families, of course! One of the cops even teared up with me when she was describing that the reason she had this job was to feed her children because she was going through a divorce and had no other way to care for them. She literally has no idea!!
howdy this fine Thursday everlove! oh my, how frustrating. But you would hope that after wasting so much in man hours on you guys that they would have to answer to the chief or captain or whoever and then tell the leader that they had no evidence or sign of evidence and that there is nothing illegal or harmful in your operation and they would drop it.
To them your community must look similar to others which was a drug culture so they were convinced of that but I really thought they at least had to have a search warrant, that's the most scary part that they can act totally outside the laws they are sworn to protect!
Wow. The female officer, when you said that she had no idea, I'm not sure I understand what you mean, no idea about what?
You guys just keep walking in love though, as I'm sure you will and I think eventually things will change. God bless you all for all you do to help others!
Wasting so much time and tax payer's money...and they keep doing it! The deputy chief was here both days, as well as the sargeant. No accountability. They all have to hide their dishonor, so which one of them will stand up and tell the truth? We went to the Sheriff, the Mayor and the City Manager, and still no accountability. Others from the area, even people we don't know, went to city council and demanded the firing of the judge who did eventually sign a warrant. Of course, that fell on deaf ears!
During the raid they did produce two warrants, but only after 2 hours of holding us in handcuffs and at gun point. The second day, they entered all three times without warrants, and eventually got one for their third visit, about 7 hours after they already broke in and went through our buildings, barns and some private spaces. They kept swearing that the warrant was on its way, though they obviously hadn't even submitted the affidavit for consideration. Hmmm...what kind of "in" do they have with a judge that they would be convinced in advance that they would for sure get a warrant?
The details make it even creepier, many of which will be shown to uncover their evil intent. This is bigger than the cops that entered our land. The corruption runs deep.
"She has no idea!" The solution for her woes and excuses for holding guns to people's heads was right before her very eyes.
"I have this job and do this to you because I need to feed my family!"
"Lay down your guns and bring your family here, I will feed them!"
She couldn't see that the answer already existed, and she was personally fighting love with rage and terror.
howdy this fine evening everlove! wow this whole thing leaves me speechless, angry, baffled and just shaking my head. It's hard to believe and yet I know this kind of thing happens more all the time.
But I know you guys are strong because you're walking in love.
