In this video - I chat about six different ways that you can switch things up and engage more creatively with your audience. These tips could apply to both video and blog content! I think throwing some fun and unexpected elements into your content can go a long way to keeping things fun and engaging.

5. A few creative ways to reward the first quality comment - and gamify the comment section.

I was absolutely humbled and honored to find out last week that I was named a @dlive star in their latest campaign. I thought long and hard about what topic I wanted to cover in my DLive star post - and here we are! I wanted to chat about something that could be fun and helpful to fellow creators and spend some extra time editing the video to make it even more special.
I love being part of the DLive community and I just want to say a huge thank you to the @dlive team and for all of the other amazing DLive content creators that make this place so special. The community has such a fun and supportive vibe and it really seems like people love celebrating each other's content and helping each other out. I also love that I can send a DM in discord to any of the DLive team members and I know that I'll get a quick and helpful response.

Loved your tips ! haha especially your easter egg tips! SMILE !😊 I am just new to DLive and posted my first two videos , ones with music from my security patrol on a construction site. I will definitely start using your idea of introducing some Easter Eggs on my posts, such a creative and original way of interacting with the audience. This 6 tips are incredibly fun and I had thinked about making my own giveaway, but I´m not sure If I have enough people that will be interested. Anyways I will try someday, not to far away from happening.

So awesome to hear that you are going to start adding easter eggs into your content. It can really add a lot more energy and excitement to the post!
I think giveaways can be a really good way to gain exposure, even if you don't have a big audience. Maybe just keep the monetary prize value low at first until you grow the giveway. I tend to do random "one-off's", but you could certainly have the same contest that runs every month or whatever so it just keeps growing.

I´m still thinking what´s the best way to introduce an easter egg on a writing post, but I think I´ll be able to start very soon.
Initially I will be doing giveaways randomly ("one-off`s") so the participants are not always the same. I´m having problems deciding what prize I should giveaway, because I don´t have much at my disposal, but I don´t want the giveaway to attract only people that live to hunt them.

Thanks for the tips and tricks for engaging with your audience. We've tried 2 and 3 (currently with the World Cup). If we were to add another one, it would be to be spontaneous and don't be predictable with your videos - try something new. As well as consistent too! We're all consumers of content, so the audience are expecting something from you daily or weekly or monthly. The being spontaneous and different in our videos is something we want to do, but it's hard at the moment. Yet, one day we'll get an idea and it will make us smile ;)
