If you're like me then you'll love this burnout, I love to try different ending workouts to finish off each muscle group, especially ones that target multiple areas. This one is killer for the forearms and the biceps, you'll be surprised how hard it is to keep the DB's up after a few reps! 🙆🏼♂️😁 A big tip is when it's starts getting harder squeeze twice as hard with the grip and it'll lock your form into place better!
