Many times the FUD circulating around is old news - something that has been known for a long time suddenly surfacing again - either for drama or to scare someone into selling.

It is definitely a traders market as they pump the price are speculation that news will happen such as partnerships and launches or just general news like the ETFs. However, when the news actually happens, there is a “sell the news” mentality which at times doesn’t make sense but it is the traders who are influencing thsese moves.
